2026 Symposium

NESCC Symposium/ Sickle Cell-Abration

Join us on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts, for the 2026 New England Sickle Cell Symposium.

Throughout the day, attendees will experience inspiring keynote presentations, expert-led educational sessions, interactive panel discussions, networking opportunities, and the presentation of the Resilient Pathways Scholarship, recognizing students whose lives have been impacted by sickle cell disease or sickle cell trait. Together, these sessions will explore the latest clinical advancements, innovative models of care, patient-centered research, and community-driven initiatives that are transforming the future of sickle cell care.

Whether you are a healthcare provider, researcher, student, patient, caregiver, advocate, or community partner, the symposium offers a unique opportunity to learn from leading experts, connect with others dedicated to this work, and help shape the future of sickle cell care across the region.

Together, we are building a stronger, more connected sickle cell community—one committed to advancing research, expanding access to quality care, empowering patients and families, and creating lasting change for generations to come.
